Recently, the company Party committee held special meeting to study and deploy "achieve contend for actor first " activity. The meeting pointed out that to implement and realize the arrangements of central government, province, city, district and street, we now decided to carry out "achieve contend for actor first " activity among each branch and party members of the whole company, with the main content of serving development, serving employees and serving harmony.  

The meeting made the arrangement for the concrete scheme. To ensure the smooth development of this work, Guangbo Party committee decided to establish the leading group of  "achieve contend for actor first " activity, consisting of office to be responsible for daily work. The whole activity will be carried out in two stages. In the first stage, start from now, focus on welcoming the 90th anniversary of Party building to develop the activity, launch the upsurge of "achieve contend for actor first ". In the second stage, start from July in 2011, focus on welcoming the Sixteenth Communist Party Congress, guide basic level Party branch and vast party members to pay tribute to the Party with high morale and more excellent performance.
